Ajvar is ideal to serve with the burger or as a separate dish.
Wash the zucchini and chop into very small cubes. Crumble the feta and chop the herbs finely. Mix the ground beef with the mustard, diced zucchini, feta, toasted pine nuts and chopped herbs. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Create burger patties using your hands and fry in a hot pan until crisp. Serve immediately.
