Beef burgers

Lentil burgers

Chef's tip :

Ajvar is ideal to serve with the burger or as a separate dish.

Ingredients :

  • 600g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp medium mustard
  • 1 small bunch of mixed herbs (parsley/thyme/basil)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 25g toasted pine nuts
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation :

  1. Wash the zucchini and chop into very small cubes. Crumble the feta and chop the herbs finely. Mix the ground beef with the mustard, diced zucchini, feta, toasted pine nuts and chopped herbs. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

  2. Create burger patties using your hands and fry in a hot pan until crisp. Serve immediately.
